Refund Policy

We make every effort to ensure that a refund will not be necessary. We are confident that refunds will continue to be an unbelievably rare occurrence with our company. However, we do have the following policy just in case.

All refunds must be approved and be assigned a reference number before they will be accepted.

Customized products will not be refunded...unless the error is our fault.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. (Exception: If the return is a result of our error we will pay the shipping cost.)

Refunds will be issued:
  • via credit card if you paid by credit card
  • via PayPal if you paid via PayPal
  • via check if you paid via check or money order.


    Exchanges, based on damaged product, will be accepted for the exact product only. However, when your package is delivered you must note the damage with the delivery person.
